Alanna Heeres

I am eager to bring my experience in community health, mental health outreach and long-term care to the Parksville/Qualicum region, and to all of BC through telehealth.

I have a keen interest in how the mind works and how it can work for, or against us, in our daily lives. What I offer is a different lens to view your life. I enjoy uncovering people’s strengths and capabilities and drawing on them when developing a treatment plan. I am forever fascinated by human resilience and strength.

Quite often people struggle for a long time before reaching out for help; I strongly believe we aren’t meant to struggle alone.
